The XL series of resilient coupling with spider produced by Triocircle are characterized by small size, light weight and high transmission torque.The utility model can effectively improve the running quality of the mechanical equipment and stabilize the vibration of the coupling which can absorb the twisting direction, reduce the vibration and the impact, and have the function of stabilizing the torque of the variable frequency motor.It is suitable for frequency conversion speed control equipment with high speed and large impact load. It has the advantages of protecting the main body of the transmission system, protecting the whole system from impact and ensuring smooth operation of the system. The resilient coupling with spiderhas fail-safe function to effectively dampen and reduce the vibration and shock generated during operation.The two half-jointed claw teeth are offset from each other by a half pitch in the circumferential direction, and an involute star-shaped elastic body is fitted in the gap.When the shaft is misaligned during installation, the drum teeth of the elastomer avoid stress concentration, so theresilient coupling with spider can effectively correct the axial, radial and angular installation deviations. Theresilient coupling with spideris only subjected to pressure, so it can withstand greater loads, and it can be installed horizontally or vertically. Its elastomer is resistant to abrasion, oil, ozone and aging, and its hydrolysis resistance is suitable for tropical climates.
